Cell C
Where is the cellphone regulato

I ported my number approximately 8 months (or more) from Vodacom to Cell C. Initially all was ok, but service dropped to just about zero over the last three months. Various complaints, emails, tweets, facebook etc. added to frustrations rather than resolving anything. The network coverage is poor and oversold. On Friday 6 July 2013, I decided enough is enough and requested 8ta to port my number to them. Today 5 days later they are reportedly still awaiting Cell C to release it, isn't this illegal? Isn't their adverts that they can't live up too illegal? Isn't overselling capacity illegal?
