Where is the stock

Good Day

I am writing to complain about the limited stock of the Aloe Vera range in most of your shops. I am referring mainly at the Rivonia and Cresta Body Shop outlets. This is rather disappointing as i have been a loyal Body Shop member for the past 10 years. And off lately i have been very disappointed with lack of stock. Right now I dont even have my face wash and toner. Whats going on? Whats causing the delay in delivery of stock?
