On Monday (08/07/2013) I discovered that the SIM card I had loaded airtime on the day before had been 'permanently deactivated'. The call centre did not know why this had happened and kept saying that prolonged non-use would deactivate the SIM. I don't know why this applies to me since I was able to load airtime and use the SIM for data on the Sunday before. I loaded R150 to make use of the Supacharge which would expire in 15 days from date of purchase. Now when I called the call centre they say that they will lodge a case and get back to me in 24-48 hrs. 50 hrs later I call them and they say they will get back to me. Don't think I will be able to use the free data from SUPACHARGE before it expires or even if I will get my R150 back.
