Not willing to install a land line in a PMB Sube

I reside at 3 Duikers Rest, 106 Grimthorpe Ave. Lincoln Meade, Pietermaritzburg.

i applied for a telkom line to be installed as i require uncapped adsl, once the technicians were sent out they had a quick look and informed me i cannot have a line as there is no infrastructure.

i find this hard to believe and highly annoying as my next door neighbor in the same complex has a telkom land line.

I believe the Technion was avoiding installing the line as there was a bit of work involved.
