I did spoke to their head office and made arrangements for my arrears. me and them agreed on terms wich is suted for both sides and i was really happy that they would assist me. now after the 1ste month they just went aggain and ignore previouse agreements. why do we as consumers have axcept this abbuse and bad service really is there somebody tha can answer me the bigger the company the worst the service im giving up for asking explaining and beg for good service the law must actually allow us to sue u till u respond on standerds and aggreements. i would like to do.
