Please assist with payments arrangements

I happened to lose my job and i reported at Eloff Branch jhb.

The lady contacted the Head office in front of me to let them know of my status. I was told that they refused to make arrangements with me as i have to pay R4hundred plus something to update the account.

Shocked, the reason i reported was to make arrangements. Someone contacted me latter evening to make arrangements and i agreed that i will pay 150 .

The day after someone contacted me again, i advised her that i have made arrangements already. On the 21/09/2013 someone by the name of Thulani contacted me and said nothing was recorded on the system that i am no longer working. Please update on the system and contact me regarding the arrangements as i do not want to mess my profile.
