Signed up for R99 contract but charged R130

I once again have to make my 3rd complaint as by the way no one gets back to you even when you put complaints on Hellopeter. On the 15th of March i spoke with a consultant named Thato Hadebe and changed my existing contract to a 2gb which was at the time on special for R99. I have however been charged R139 since. There is a note that clearly states that i changed to the R99 pcm and that it would be activated within 24hrs. that was on the 15th of March. I have been passed back and forth between MTN Direct and Customer care all passing the buck. Surely all they need to do is listen to the recording of the telephone conversation on the 15th of March and resolve this issue. I will not be cancelling my direct debit and will not pay any funds until this problem.
