Mtn employees think they are king

I have had it with Mtn. Your customer service is very bad. MTN employees belittle customers. Veronica 011 912 4483 you were supposed to sort my problem its now more than a month now and you are still looking into it. I don't want this contract you gave me anymore for reasons l communicated. Yet you still thinking my problem is not important. I have had it with you. If you don't not solve this within 48 hours l will not pay any more.
It is well within my rights to instruct my bank to stop those debit orders to Mtn
