Cell C

My husband recently applied for a cell phone contract with Cell C, got it but only to discover that the one making the sale had messed the whole contract up. The sales person (who now no longer works there) told us that we would be getting 1Gig of data for R429 per month, but in the end all we received was 100mb. After numerous attemps of trying to get the original contract, so that we may prove our side of the story, no-one seems to be able to find it. How long does it take to get an original contract "faxed"back? Everything these day is digtal so why not this? My husband has been paying for something he cannot use because of this whole mix-up. Now after almost 3 months no feedback or anything else has been done. For a company that is suposed to be the cheapest network provider your services rendered big time.
