Poor Service and Ridiculous Policies

I am absolutely appauled by the poor service I am getting from Cell C. My phone was and I need to do a sim swap asap. However, I am still waiting for my contract to be cancelled and converted to a prepaid option. I have phoned in several times to enquire about the progress but am now informed that it takes 20 working days?! I was told by your consultant that it will be sorted out and coverted to prepaid by the 20th January 2013.

Why the long wait? Other service providers do the same that I am asking you over the phone (no need to give writen notification) and takes less than 24hours (not days).

I am now missing really important phone calls.
