I took my phone in for repairs at the vodacom customer care in the sandton shoping center.1) I had to call them everyday to dpo a follow up breaking their promise of getting back to me. 2) They dont tell you that for the price I was asked to pay was for a new phone not the repairs. 3) I go get the phone back to send it to another repair shop & it is in a far worse condition than I took in with & they giving me stories about how it happens. This has been the worse experience I have had with any cellphone repair shops.
