Cell c not getting back with correct acc info!!!

Cell c deducted r1138 on the end of june for our contracts, but according to our calculation its supposed to be around r700!! i reversed the one r600 amount, as they dont give us the feedback we asked for and not looking into our query on that amount!! now they want to cut our service, but they are not correcting the issue at hand! i have the contracts, etc, and we went to canalwalk on tues, and the answer were that the person in store working with these issues will get back to us on wed, which to date didnt happen! my husband renewed our one contract, and got his ph, then we took it back as its faulty, they send away and it came back still faulty! they sent it away again and we have loan phone which they said we dont pay for now for about two months! my husband is paying for service he arent geting!! and when he phones customer care he gets tons of attitude!!
