LISTED ON ITC WITHOUT EVER HAVING A TELKOM ACCOUNT

In 2011 we visited Canal Walk to give AUTHORITY for my daughter to get info regarding the internet which was listed on our telephone account. The next account that arrived was in her name - she never ever applied for a Telkom line. Went back to Canal Walk- the next account arrived as split - internet in her name, phone in another surname. Visited Canal Walk AGAIN My daughter had to send an email stating that she never asked for any Telkom services. Well she applied for a bond to purchase a house, and the bank declined as she has been listed by Telkom for being 1 payment in arrears more than 1 year ago. How is this possible.
Can someone give me the Name and correct Contact number or a human who can sort this out TODAY as her offer is about to expire. Most unfair due to someone not knowing what they are doing. This incident took place on a number we used to have 0217614295 and was amended on 20 6 2011. we have since moved from that number. I don't want any other reply via this complaint other that to say it has been sorted out - her name has been removed from ITC and that it has been done TODAY. I am looking for a telephone number not an excuse or a run around.
