A service is something you receive when you pay for it.
now I've been paying for this "service" which I didn't receive because I didn't use it and I don't know what it is and where it comes from. In other words I am "paying" for something that doesn't exist, and which I've never wanted! what it boils down to is that this is called, by taking money from someone without their consent or them wanting it!
STOP my money and who can I talk to for a refund?
