I reported a fault with my phone within 7 working days of receiving it. There were issues with the battery. A courier company collected the phone yesterday and I called cell c to also register the fault with the screen as it sometimes did not select anything when you touch it as well as functions like air gesture etc did not work. I was transferred 3 times and finally came across a Suliman who clearly should not be in the position he is in as he is arrogant, rude and incompetent. This makes me wonder why I ever changed to the cell c network. The staff gives an extremely bad impression of the company.
