Altech autopage debited my account for sim swaps and what more

i then revert to manual payment at the last day of each month to make sure they do not take more unauthorised money!

i paid my account saturdat the 29th already, phoned them yesterday to confirm payment received and yet again they bombarred me with sms and mms and small videos to ask for payment as it doesnt reflect.

please get up to date with your system!!!
