BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

My port just gets recreated, thats the best thing that the FUNDI can do???
they keep on returning to telkom to fix the problem (witch will never happen) as it seems cause i
get told that there is no problem and what am i complaining about, so if any 1 knows how tho fix my dc problems PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ let me know!!! and i will do it my self, i spent a of a lot of money
on routers (that's faulty) as they are not, 'cause my problem still persist till this day, what the do 1 pay for a 1mb line at rates that is higher than a country like Slovenia that has better infrastructure and is cheaper for a 10 mb line than here in SA!!!
