Poor service

One of the most unfriendly people I have ever had to encounter at a retail store.
She was absolutely rude with no expression. Looked like she was doing me favor by me paying my account.
I greeted her and she just looked at me. I said thank you and again she did not respond.
Absolutely pathetic for such a big organization.
People like that should not work in retail.
