Why am I still with MTN?
They give us nothing for loyalty and when you upgrade your contract you have nothing but problems.
I received an sms today to say that I owe them money and when I phoned to query I was told that when I upgraded the store did not remove what they should have.
Nothing was explained to me when I upgraded my handset, I was not told what would be included in the new package and what extras I would need to pay for
I do not find this acceptable.
I will be moving my contract to Vodacom as soon as I can - at least they reward loyalty. Not that MTN will care about loosing me as a client
