I have over this weekend that has passed been to 4 MTN centres in the North west all four were so unwilling to go out of their way to help you the immediate answere is "NO". I need to do a soft wear upgrade on my blackberry. The MTN in waterfall mall next to Pick and Pay is always so full you stand for hours literally to get something done I only have an hour lunch there is always only 2 people helping but there are 4 help desks why. I then went to the other branch across the road from Game the lady behind the counter was so rude she wanted my purchase invoice why would she need that it is a contract phone she could have just put my cell number in and she would have seen that I have had the contract for nearly 18 years I phoned the call centre and they told me that she didn't even need to ask me that question she didn't even make and effort to try help me the answere was just without the invoice she would not help me I know it might not be a lot to them but I think its a of a lot of money that I spend with them on a monthly basis they really need to look at their service that they say they offer and make their customers feel welcome and not as if they are doing us a favou
