I had two contracts with nashua mobile then my contract expired. error number one no one told me that it had expired should i want to continue with them its fine and if i want to cancel the contract i could do that. so after i realised this i gave them my notice of " TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT' which they gladly accepted and they still billed me for the month in question. yesterday on the 30 June i tried calling and a message popped up saying my sim card is not registered on any network. we are talking about a cell phone number ive been using for 8 years and when i call them they tell me that this was delected and my number will be allocated to someone else.

now i cannot processs my internetf payments recieve business calls im litterally relying on my work telephone number for contact. This is not on. if this is the type of service that you guys give to your lower earning customers then im gladly taking my business somewhere it will be appreciated. it is very disturbing to learn that even when the FSB forces u guys to treat us fairly there are still fsp's out there that do not value their customers
