I don't think Nashua mobile is treating me fairly

Today I gave training on treating customers fairly at my work place and gave my present situation as a case study to candidates I was presenting this to. It was funny how they responded to it. I'm humoured really. Okay - after my first Hellopeter complaint I received a call from a very friendly lady and she promised that the gear will be at Centurion on Monday the 06th. I went to Centurion and apparently a certain fellow called Brian signed up for the gear, yet no one could trace who Brian is. I have changed my number with Nashua mobile countless times so that they can be abled to reach me, I have given them a countless times a day time address so that they can deliver the gear, but everytime I interact with a Nashua mobile consultant no updates are done. This is rather tiring for me. please give clear indications as to when will I receive the gear or arrange for a courier company to come and fetch the phone and cancel my contract with you guys. Which ever is easier for Nashua mobile to do. Yes this is quiet amusing, but if you can't deliver on your promises then you are not supposed to be in business. For a decent fee I can come give a lecture on TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY. regards
