False advertising

I went to mtn to get a internet contract i took all my documents and applied for an internet lite contract the lady said it was not 289 anymore it was 299 a month for uncapped lite internet.
i was happy and agreed cause my friend had said his internet contract was the same and was great.
i agreed came to tuesday when they phoned and said it was approved i was happy thought of transferring all my contracts to mtn when i went to get my router they tell me the contract was not availible . how can you tell me i have a contract then say its not availible how disgusting honestly so dissapointing really very unhappy with mtn!
