Dissapointed

Less than 6 months ago I went to MTN for an upgrade. After much
deliberation I decided on the Nokia Lumia 610, my biggest mistake ever. I was told by MTN that the phone does not come with a bluetooth amongst other things and given two options, the 1st was that I can download it at the Zune website, I tried that it does not work. They 2nd option was that could bring the phone for repairs in April, and when it come back with a new and improved software. Now they have changed their tune and act as if its not their problem that their consultant gave us this false promises.

Now thanks to the misleading information that we got that day, my husband is stuck with a lousy phone. I feel so cheated because it looks like Mtn is not willing to help us in anyway. I regret trusting information I got from the MTN employees.
