Poor sevice

After complaining... and then agreeing to stay with cell. I applied for another line. They promised to call back by the 18th with the status... and never did. TOday I call the sales and they say theres no application on the system... sales sends me to customer services... they send me back again...
Waste of my time... and call costs..
Absolutely the worst service ever...
