I was so frustrated with my BB ID, I called the call centre, ready to burst out in tears and Donovan ended up making me smile. As he helped me through the whole long process we had a good laugh and he just lifted my spirit again. It was required that he had to phone me back 3 times to check if my phone is working, and he never forgot. Efficient service and on time!
