I went 4 an upgrade in February at mtn wonderpark.i took a contract which i had to pay R250 pm bt i have been billed 339 since den.i contacted da person who helped me at wonderpark she said she had sent da request so dat i may b changed to da correct plan.bt m still paying da wrong amount even 2day.i wanted to cancel my ada contract since i have 2 numbrs on contract, u call de call centre 808 i hold 4 3hrs nd still dnt get any assistance, i tryd later in da day dey answerd n said i shud call during a day cos dey closed at da cancelation.after hassles of caling dem everyday i got through.nd had 2 wait 4 24hrs b4 da cancellation cud b dun, den i wanted to do a simswap 4 da number which i cancelled da contract..i dialled 173 4 assistance da number say pls try again later da whole day.deir service is so poor, ppl call me n go straight to voicemail even though my foun is on.shame o u mtn i have never felt so abused
