Poor cellphone reception

I am a customer of MTN for several years now. My (and my wife's) cellphone bills are always paid and are up to date. Since I have moved to Wierda Crest Estate me and my wife both have very poor cellphone reception. We rarely have more than 1 bar reception (shown on the celphone screen). Some days we don't have any reception at all in and around our home. I have made a complaint on HelloPeter before but MTN did not rectify the problem. I would like them to come and measure the signal strength in our area and they should boost the signal strength in order for us to have adequate cellphone reception.

If this problem is not rectified we will be forced to move to another cellphone provider.
