I have settled my contract as I don't use the number and am now in a position financially to do so. I went into the Clearwater store and received assistance in faxing through my cancellation form and proof of payment.

I received a reference number and e-mailed through to customer service to confirm that no more debit orders will go off my account.

As CELL C is inefficient in communicating between departments I fear the worse.

It's now month end and I still haven't received reassurance.

This is what they wrote: Kindly be advised that your cancellation letter and proof of payment has been has been received and has been sent to the cancellations department. They will be in contact with you to confirm your cancellation and your reference number is 3060801233.
