I'm happy to say it's sorte, very nicely done!

While the hellopeter site for some reason does not allow me to give feedback to the feedback Autopage gave me more than 54 hours later - THIS is my feedback.
While I was angry and they took ages to get back to me, the lady who helped me, Najma, was fantastic.
Very calmly she took the trouble to listen to go back an investigate the erroneous charges, and refund them in a way that makes happy enough to remain a customer!!

Thank you for getting this done, and in such a nice way too.
