5 months into the contract my phone started cutting out during phone calls both made and received. I never thought anything of it but, this continued and was becoming rather annoying. I returned with the phone to the MTN branch where I had received. It so happened that it was the day before the 6 month warrenty was up. I returned the next morning (the last day of the first 6 months into the contract) with the complete content of the phone packaging charger, usb cable etc. The sales person continued to explain to me that should there be something) wrong with the phone itself-it would not be repaired but replaced. After opening the box, of which I had returned with all the content I had received on the day of receiving my new Lumia 710.The sales lady insisted that the charger is not the charger that is issued with the phone. The charger I received was the usual 2 pin plug with a cable and on the end the micro USB like plug that goes straight into the phone. Short of being called a to my face, only the phone has been sent in for repairs and at my cost. This encounter has not only made me doubt the service provider but has also changed my thoughts on ever owning a nokia again. thank u mtn
