I had a serious complain against Vodacom regarding my Blackberry phone. 3 weeks back i got i a phone call from Bryce Blignaut-Executive Client Liaison Officer at the CEO's Office. He called me constently to give me follow up on my case and in less than 2 weeks my case was resolved and i received a new Blackberry phone> :-).. He is a great asset to Vodacom. Thanks very much Bryce, ontinue to extend your helping hand to other.
