MTN takes R2000/month yet no reception at home

I have contacted the 0839001212 three times now, everytime I am promised someone will call me back to come test signal. I am paying R2000 a month and no reception at home! When I called today no Supervisor is even available? And I am not allowed to email them directly!!! When will someone give me service and test why this expensive service is not working???
