Just no communication between Cell C departments

Morning, Cell C must be the most poorley run company i've had the opportunity to deal with, worse than City of Jhb accounts depart. in a previous post I complained about a bill that did not make sense. I since "bit the bullet" and signed an Acknowledgment of Debt with Cyrilene Alesandra of the Legal Depart., where a set amt (including the mthly contractual amount as well as the arrears) would be pd on a set date. I met every condition of the AOD. During the 4 months of the arrangement, I received a call and sms each mth from the Credit Control depart (CC), advising me that my account is in arrears and that i've been reported to a credit bureau, that my credit rating has been negatively affected, and to make payment as we are in the process of suspending yr service and blacklisting yr handset and each time i've called and resolved. The only response i get is the query has been rec'd and will be resolved shortly. I've had my line unneccesary suspended all because CC does not look at the arrangement. the AOD has ended yet Fri 21th i received a another CC call and despite a promise CC will get Legal to call me, i got another sms Mon 24th that my line is being suspended etc Can this end
