Cell C endless issues with no solutions

I have 2 cellc contracts, a speedstick and a Galaxy S4, I'm totally confused as to why both devices show excellent signal but cannot do anything, I battle to browse or download anything. This is insane, why sell a product that doesn't work??? The coverage map indicates excellent coverage (17 halleria road, marianhill). If you say upgrades are being done then send out some kind of communication, what kind of customer service is that? Why should i pay R700 a month for a service that is totally unreliable? I've logged numerous calls, filled in network forms and almost 5 months later the problem persists. I thought changing from MTN to Cellc was a good move, i can clearly see now that was a huge error of judgement. Please can someone give me the truth!
