STIIl BEING BILLED INCORRECTLY: 0845970263 and 0846220677 (FREE BIS WAS OFFERED AND GRANTED for 24 months due to bad services then already provided.
statement for May 2013 reflects a credit balance of R253.11 and I paid R350.00 cash in on /6/2013. This should leave me with a credit balance of R603.33. Why does statement June reflects payment due R460.33?

Once again I am incorrectly billed. I was granted Free BIS for the 24 months on 0845970263 and 0846220677. This morning when I phoned the call centre Ref number 3062400227, I was told FREE BIS has been cancelled. Can somebody at Cell C, who understand, the consumer rights give me an explanation as to what is going on.

Complaints since June 2012 and still not sorted. this is now really emotionally stressing me out.
