Web Africa's support has gone downhill so fast, it virtually wipes out the reason for selecting them as an ISP - as was the case in the past.. They used to be superb.
Now, when the call centre is not attending to something, and escalating it as far "as you are ALLOWED to" still gets no response (eg Ivo Moodley HEAD of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!), then the CEO/ CEO's PA is invisible, and also doesn't return calls.
I did get a call from a "Craig" (another call centre guy) instead of the person I left the message for (as is usual with this new pillar-to-post/ pass the buck dispensation) who promised to get things sorted out "asap" and get back to me. That was on June 13 '13 at 11am. Suffice to say that I've never heard back.
Tim Wyatt - Gunning seems like a top notch operator.
I wonder why he's allowing this value to be lost (so fast)??
