No clue whats going on

Ive recently got the Blackberry Z10 on contract and is so not happy with this product. I phoned head office as the phone is using all the data in one day for no reason. They advised me that the consumer act advises that if your not happy in the first six months you can cancel this contract. I went to the store and the lady told me that this don't apply for their store as they are only a franchise??? Head office then told me this rules apply to all stores. I'm really not happy with the service received. One person telling me something and the other one something else. Poor Service!!!
