Poor service yet again

2 year ago Cell C blocked my account without a valid reason. Cell C claims that they have not received any payment from me. After 5 months Cell C claims that I haven't paid from May 2011 yet I have received services till the end of August 2011? I spoke to a Team manager who advised me that my contract came to an end in August 2011, When I took the contract in December 2010 . I have received no assistance from any member of staff from Cell C on how to rectify the matter. A call to the Cell C legal department also brought little resolution to the matter, who cut the call on me. I went to the extent of sending bank statements to Cell C legal deprtment. After 2 years they send me an sms of debt collection?
I still possess emails highlighting the attempts made by myself.
