Beware!! Vodacom us!

Yesterday I just realised I was being charged R45 a month since last year for a service that I never subscribed to. I was told I am subscribed to a company called smsnet which I dont even know about. I don't and will never subscribe to those things. Vodacom gave me the contacts for this company which I called and I was told I subscribed on the 20th of December 2012!!! Unbelievable!! Because I left South Africa on the 23rd of November and only came back on the 2nd of January, so who subscribed coz i was never on roaming? Who is accessing ouraccounts? am sure most people have come across this and they are forced to believe they pressed a button by mistake, why on earth should it take you to press a button by mistake to have your moneytaken from you? Vodacom is answerable because someone somewhere is being paid by these companies to rob us. Why should anyone have access to my account when I am not using it. Does it mean anyone can just subscribe to anything and start debiting me through vodacom? Why do vodacom allow this? Why cant we be protected? I dont feel safe anymore with a Vodacom contract. If I dont get answers and assurance and my money back Im cancelling my contacts! Pathetic
