Telkom Support is horrible

I call Telkom to help me fix my phoneline. Ive called them a previous month as well to fix the stuff. They tested things and they say nothing is wrong. I called them again today because my internet and my telephone line isnt working properly. I have noise on my line and my internet disconnects by itself every day at 11:30 - 11:39AM and 11:30 - 11:39PM every day exactly around that time. They cant give me any good reason. They just tell me. Ill put you through to this apartment, Ill put you through to that apartment. The 3rd person.. I think his name was Sipho just hanged up the phone in my ear. I need everything to be thoroughly checked and fixed. People with the same line as me and do the same stuff as me have no problems so why do I have it??? I need it to be fixed ASAP!!!
