I have been unlawfully billed by PhoneBox. I have never subscribed to their services or authorised any debit orders against my account. I am 74 years old and cannot afford to be robbed of my pension. I have just cancelled my so-called subscription (REF. EM-1236089-3). I want a FULL REFUND of ALL subscription fees debited against my account.
