Feedback but still no phone

It is almost 4 months and I am still waiting for a white 16 gig iphone 5
Customer service is not relevant to this company and advertised deals and phones are not actually available.
Customer representative called Ashley left a message about a 32 gig iphone5 the other day. For crying out aloud, why is it so hard to actually check what the customer has asked for? I do not want a 32 gig iphone 5 but a WHITE IPHONE 5 16 GIG as advertised for the Cell C deal of February /March. Never in my life have I uncounted such lame and pathetic service and customer service representatives who cant even get a simple fact correct.
