MTN Service Shocking, learn from Vodacom

I dread the day I upgraded my contract and did not move to Vodacom. I have an Iphone5 since February and the speakers are'nt working any more. I went to the Istore Menlynn for advise and they said Apple warranty state that a hardware fault is a dircect swop of the phone. Well they could not assist in the replacement as it was a MTN contract. At MTN Centurion mall, they could not assist me in swapping the phone nor giving me a loan phone while they send it in for repairs, they recommend I go the the Service Centre in Midrand as they will be able to assist swapping the phone after testing, my surprise I had to book-in the phone and they cant even assist me in a loan phone as they do not carry stock. This to me is highly disappointing that a service centre does not carry stock for their customers, if you go to Vodacom Vodaworld and have an issue with your phone they assist in transferring all your data to a loan phone while yours is being repaired, MTN can't even do the simplest of tasks in assisting with repairs - I'm forever against anything MTN stand for. Don't try to phone me as I don't have a phone because MTN in all their might can't give clients loan phones. Eric Abraham
