Out of Service Area

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I cant get reception in the Claremont Area. It has been going on for 2 months.
Vodacom I think believe it is a problem with the phone. I put the sim in another smart phone and had the same problem. I've given you an alternate number because my phone cannot receive calls.
