STILL NOT SORTED!!!

Referring to the report I sent in 07:03 Mon 10 Jun. I asked for another statement to be sent to me today to see if my Names and address has been changed... it still has not been changed after I spoke to Mbongeni and who assured me that I will have no more problems with this matter. He said he changed it while speaking to me on the phone. How many times am I supposed to phone or go in to a store to have details changed? I would like someone to send me proof of this as soon as it is done.

Can I now refuse to pay the monthly payments as it is not in my name as it appears on my id book?

I also spoke to Mandla from Upgrades - he said my upgrade would be done the 18th June 2013 and it did not happen. I got hold of him, and he completely forgot about me, when I got angry with him (which any normal person would in my situation) he got cheeky with me.

HE HAS TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY PHONE ON THURSDAY 20 JUN 2013, LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS...

Why is it so hard to get proper customer service from Cell C? I always pay my account on time and I am sure by me paying my account it pays part of customer service staff.
