For the last three months I have had to try more than once to pay by credit card on the Telkom on line payment system. I get to the screen which says "payment being authorised - please be patient' but then I wait and I wait and I wait. After about an hour I cancel the transaction and try again the next day when it usually goes through. The card is a Mastercard from Standard bank. Other online payments using this card go through without problems so why do I get problems with Telkom's system.
