Empty Promises

On the 4th of June I was contacted by Finiwe at Cell C with a request to forward all documents so that their legal department could look at this case. This was another empty promiss as since I have sent all documentation I never heard a word again from them. I need this matter to be sorted out A.S.A.P!!!
