7 TIMES IN FOR THE SAME REPAIR

I must say I have been a die hard Mtn fan from day one.
I have never been with another network, over 10 years with Mtn.
I think Its time to change after the bad service I am getting from them now.
I have a samsung galaxy note 2 I sent in for repairs at mtn they cant seem to fix the phone.
Its been to the repair centre now for 6 times for the same time everytime the phone comes back
I go there to test the phone the problem is still there.
All they can say to me is sorry sir we have to send it back in again, keep in mind its been two months now.
Im still paying every month in full for a phone I dont have with me.
I sent the manager an email no reply only when I got to the store she was like oh sorry I just got your email now. I mean seriously I must believe that.
Clearly the phone cant be fixed get a new one from samsung problem solved stop waisting my time.
I wonder what would they have done If this happend to them.
Sorry sir we going to have to send it back does not cut it anymore!!!
