Absolutety Pathetic Service!

Applied for a new line on Monday 10 June 2013. The application process went surprisingly easy. I got a sms saying that for my order to proceed I need to pay a R700 deposit. In the same sms there was a bunch of nr's. None of these made any sense to me, I am not a Telkom employee, so they can atleast explain the nr's to their new clients. So I phoned Telkom again to find our where and how I was suppose to pay them the deposit. They told me to go to Checkers. I drove all the way to nearest Checkers only to find out that they do not know what the nr's in my sms is, they only accept account payments. So I had to phone Telkom again to beg them to please tell me how and where I should pay them! I was told to go to Post Office. Drove to the post office and finally made payment on Monday 10th of June. Telkom told me to please phone them when payment is done. As soon as they have payment they would be able to schedule installation. Well I phoned them and was told that I should phone the next day, payment is not showing. Everytime I phoned, it usually takes a day longer. Well it is now a week later, I still have to phone them with no feedback. Even the Telkom direct store could not help.
